Meet Jane, a Partner and Licensed Insolvency Trustee, specializing in helping both businesses and individuals with financial challenges. Jane focuses on working with small businesses, personal insolvency, and restructuring, particularly in the Chinese community in Toronto. She also provides expert advice on corporate insolvency, distressed financial services, and helping businesses get back on track.
Education & Professional Qualifications
Jane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She became a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) in 1989 and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in Canada in 1988.
With over 20 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, Jane has worked with both large and mid-sized firms, gaining extensive knowledge in corporate and personal bankruptcy. She is also committed to education and has served on various examination boards for the National Insolvency Qualification Program (NIQP).
