Education & Professional Qualifications

Melanie started her career as a litigation defense lawyer, but she realized that traditional law didn’t always lead to meaningful change. She switched to become a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and earned her Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation.

Melanie’s background in psychology gives her a strong understanding of people’s emotions, allowing her to approach each case with care and compassion. With her extensive experience and background, she is ready to help clients overcome their financial challenges with confidence.
